These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Placing an order with Tone by AlKhaleej Clinics means you accept them.

Who May Order

This website supplies skin whitening injections, weight-management injections, dermal fillers, capsules and clinic-grade skincare intended for adult use. You must be 18 years or older to place an order. We may decline or cancel any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Nature of These Products

Many of the products listed here — glutathione and vitamin C injections, GLP-1 weight-loss injections, and dermal fillers — are medical-grade, prescription-adjacent products, not everyday cosmetics. Tone by AlKhaleej Clinics supplies genuine, authentic stock; it does not provide a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment plan through this website. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Before starting any injectable, weight-management or supplement regimen, speak to a licensed physician or dermatologist, disclose any existing conditions or medications, and follow the manufacturer's dosing and storage instructions on the pack. If you need an in-clinic procedure or consultation, contact Alkhaleej Clinics directly — orders placed on this website are for product supply only.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — usually by a short call or WhatsApp message — and dispatch it. Until then we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our courier's coverage, or the order appears fraudulent.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order and are never added afterwards. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement or cancel that line at no charge. Packaging, pack sizes and formulations occasionally change at the manufacturer's end.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, paid in full to the rider when your parcel arrives, and Bank Transfer, paid in advance. We will never call or message you asking for a card number, bank PIN, or OTP — if anyone claiming to be from Tone by AlKhaleej Clinics asks for these, it is not us.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — they depend on the courier and on conditions outside our control. You are responsible for giving a complete, reachable address and phone number. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered, genuine and in sound condition, as described. We are not liable for loss or harm arising from self-administration without proper medical guidance, from ignoring the manufacturer's instructions or expiry date, or from causes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Pakistan.
