Refund & Cancellation Policy

If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp at 923334965356 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — that is usually all it takes.

We Replace, At Our Cost

If any of the following happens, we cover it entirely:

• ·The item arrived damaged, or its seal was already broken
• ·We sent the wrong product, variant or quantity
• ·The item is past its expiry date, or too close to it to use safely
• ·An item is missing from the parcel

What Cannot Be Returned

For safety reasons, injectable products — ampoules, vials and pre-filled syringes — cannot be returned or exchanged once their seal is broken, even if unused, since we can no longer guarantee their sterility or condition once they have left our care. This is standard practice for medical-grade and injectable products.

Sealed, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery if you've changed your mind. Return delivery on a change-of-mind return is paid by you.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Message us on WhatsApp at 923334965356 within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the phone number you ordered with, and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will confirm what to do next the same day — please don't send anything back before we confirm.

How Refunds Are Paid

Once a returned item reaches us and is checked, or once we accept a damaged-goods claim, the refund is issued within 7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name — we'll ask for the details at that point. Bank Transfer orders are refunded to the account they came from.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If you paid by Bank Transfer, the full amount is refunded within 7 working days.
